No 3-D for Newest Harry Potter Movie
by Bruna Nessif
It looks like Daniel Radcliffe and the rest of the Harry Potter crew won't be all up in your face for their next box office hit.
Well, for part one anyway.
Warner Bros. released a statement late last night saying there won't be a 3-D version of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows—Part 1.
Why? There's just no time.
"Despite everyone's best efforts, we were unable to convert the film in its entirety and meet the highest standards of quality. We do not want to disappoint fans who have long-anticipated the conclusion of this extraordinary journey, and to that end, we are releasing our film day-and-date on Nov. 19, 2010 as planned," the statement said.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Comic Con 2010 Trailer Compilation
The most completed trailer with the scenes in order.
Some of the comments:
I cant wait to see the new footage that everyone is talking about!! I hope they release it soon.
According to mugglenet.com, the clip included: shots of a dead Dumbledore, Nagini, Bellatrix holding Harry, the 7 Potters, Harry and Hagrid driving through Hogwarts, Snape meeting with Voldemort, Death Eaters congregating, Ron talking about listening to the radio, Harry and Ron's fight, Bellatrix going crazy and lots of shots of Harry and Hagrid on the motorbike.
ITS GOING TO BE AWESOME :D
Oh man, I thought this was going to be the real one from San Diego as discribed by clevvertv on youtube. It has scenes (chapters) such as Malfoy Manor and The Dark Lord Assending in it! AND it shows Hermione unconsious with Belitrix holding a knife to her throat!! Awesome :) HP rules ! x

Rhames, "Potter" villain hit into the "Rough"
By Jay A. Fernandez
LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Ving Rhames and "NYPD Blue" veteran Henry Simmons have been cast in the indie sports drama "From the Rough." "Harry Potter" regular Tom Felton is in negotiations to join the film, as well.
Taraji P. Henson ("The Karate Kid") stars as Cassandra Turner, a women's swim coach at an African-American university who gets a shot at rebuilding the men's golf team. The real-life story is inspired by Dr. Catana Starks, the first female head coach of an NCAA Division I men's team, as the golf coach at Tennessee State University.
Simmons will play the upper-class director of the school's athletic department that bumps up against Turner's blue-collar approach. Rhames will play Roger, a veteran maintenance man at the college who knows everything about everyone on campus. And Felton, who is an avid golfer in real life, will play Edward, a British golf hustler whom Turner recruits for the team.
Shooting begins in New Orleans in early October. Pierre Bagley is directing.
Rhames recently appeared in "Surrogates," "The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard" and "I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry." He next stars in the horror revamp "Piranha 3D," which swims into theatres August 20.
Simmons has recently appeared in the features "World's Greatest Dad," "Madea's Family Reunion," "Something New" and "Are We There Yet?"
Felton has played Draco Malfoy in all of the "Harry Potter" movies, the last two of which will be released in November and July. He will also appear in the Fox reboot "Rise of the Apes" next summer and the Warner Bros. horror-thriller "The Apparition" next September.

Sneak preview of Harry Potter at Comic-Con
Actor Tom Felton gave Comic-Con convention-goers a sneak preview of boy wizard Harry Potter in the first cinematic instalment of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows.
Felton shared an exclusive clip of the forthcoming film in which Harry comes face to face with arch enemy Voldemort with about 6,000 people at the festival in San Diego, California.
Many of them had camped out overnight for a chance to see the footage.
The clip showed Harry, played by Daniel Radcliffe, and his pals navigating a dark world after Voldemort and his minions overtake the Ministry of Magic and Hogwarts.
It introduced Bill Nighy in his role as Rufus Scrimgeour and hinted at a confrontation between Harry and Ron Weasley.
Felton, who plays Draco Malfoy, said the cast was “incredibly proud” of the last two films.
He said it was tough to part from his castmates on the last day of shooting, adding that Radcliffe “cried like a girl”.
The movie opens in November.
